The FormulaD event went just ok. But the great thing was that I advanced up to top 3 in the Championship battle.
Then on Sunday after the FD event we got out on the road corse and did a BFGoodrich KDW commercial.

I was pretty beat up from being in my racing suit for 3 days in a heat that is hard to explain.
But as soon as we got going with the driving I forgot about the heat. My job for this commercial was to scare the participants.
It is always fun to make people freak out when you are driving. We were doing this on the outside road course at the Las Vegas Motor-speedway. So the speed were pretty high up there and kicking in a 360 on one of the straightway definitely made them think twice about what they got themselves into.

It was not only me out there that day. Drift emporium, Gatewayclassicmustang, Works, Spoonsports just to mention a few. They were giving rides to a bunch of folks too.
Over all it was a great day where we all could show what the KDW tire could do even on a hot day like that. It was 114F and I can only imagine how hot the tires were, and still we had amazing performance.
My good friend Roger Norman came out and I got to give him a ride. For you who is not familiar who he is, he is the 2008 Baja1000 Trophy Truck Campion with BFG. He took me for a ride of my life down for the Baja500 pre run. So it was great to give back. He He!!
Over all a great day even if I was about to pass out inside that Viper.
